All new utility accounts must be established in person, using the New Account Form, at the Village Hall, 401 East Mississippi Avenue, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm. A $150 water/sewer deposit is required to be paid in full before a new account is set up. This can be paid by cash, money order, check or by credit/debit card.
