All new utility accounts must fill out a new account form online below or at the Village Hall, 401 East Mississippi Avenue, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Once the form is submitted it will be emailed directly to the water billing clerk. A $150 water/sewer deposit is required to be paid in full before a new account is set up. This can be paid by cash, money order, check, credit/debit card, or online under misc.
